Eczema On Hands - "dermatitis" or "eczema" can be due to many causes. In general it can be attributed to two causes: a contact rash produced by a foreign agent or a reaction of the skin of domestic origin.

If using water for washing, after rinse hands, dry them always meticulously, without forgetting the spaces between the fingers.

2. whenever possible, avoid direct contact with detergents and other powerful cleaning agents.

3. do not leave your skin to come into contact with solvents and stain removers, as alcohol, gasoline, the trichloroethylene, turpentine and diluents.

4. avoid direct contact with waxes and products for buffing or give shine to metals, footwear, flooring, car, furniture and windows.

5. If you use nail brush, be careful not to do it too often, and if in doubt consult your dermatologist.

6. do not peel or squeeze garlic, onions, oranges, lemons, Grapefruits, tomatoes or potatoes freshly picked with bare hands. Or clean fish or other moist foods.

7. avoid direct contact with shampoos. Use plastic gloves to wash your hair or you can let someone else do it.

8. do not apply with hands nude lotions, creams or hair dyes.

9. when cold, protected by gloves.

10.-use gloves for washing dishes and clothes, they should be plastic and rubber, never because they frequently cause an allergy sobreañadida. Always use yarn or cotton and rubber gloves.

11. even after having cured your dermatitis, never wear rings while performing household chores or work.

Don't forget that the skin of the hands has a tendency to dry out, consult your dermatologist, who will advise you a cream of hands for the same care.
